The Executive Committee is responsible for establishing the overall direction of MCP² . The Executive Committee includes a representative from each partner organization, including:

Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses Canada (AWHONN Canada) Canadian Association of Midwives (CAM) Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC) Society of Rural Physicians of Canada (SRPC)

The members of the Executive Committee are instrumental in identifying the needs of their members as it relates to the establishment of multidisciplinary collaborative maternity care models; provide relevant information that will facilitate the adoption of guidelines on the provision of multidisciplinary collaborative maternity care; facilitate the implementation of dissemination strategies through their communication tools; support and participate in the evaluation process; and provide advice and direction to the project managers.
